Once you have agreed the draft planning drawings, these can then be finalised into formal planning drawings which will meet with the Local Authorities requirements.

As this stage we will complete all the relevant planning application supporting documentation and make the formal submission to the Local Authority in regard to the relevant planning permissions.

NuCADD will act on your behalf in this process and deal directly with the Local Authority on any matters arising in connection with the application to ensure a positive outcome.
